Refunds, Returns, Warranties
- Refunds & returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds and returns are accepted for faulty products only in accordance with law, not change of mind
- We do not offer refunds on our hire products
- We do not off partial refunds if hire products are returned prior to the end of the hire period
- If your purchase isn't what you thought it would be, or there are any issues, please get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help
- If you purchase new products from us and change your mind we can refund you if your items have not shipped.
- If your new purchased items have shipped, we will take returns for change of mind if package is returned unopened. In this circumstance we will not cover shipping.
- We will provide a replacement of any new products that are faulty. Please send us an email at email@example.com
- We will provide replacements or refunds as per manufacturer warranties. Please get in touch with us for this. Please keep in mind that if you are not following manufacturer recommendations you are unable to claim the product is faulty
- Liners are non refundable unless faulty
- To return your item please post to 73-75 Wollombi Street, Broke, NSW 2330. Please get in touch here before posting.
- Shipping costs are non refundable unless for a faulty product
- If you're shipping an item over $75 please consider trackable shipping or insurance. You are responsible for the item until received by Cloth Inspired.
